The University of Houston Hosts 2014 CSSP Workshop

The 2014 Technical Assistance Workshops, sponsored by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, were hosted at the University of Houston. The CSSP Technical Assistance Workshop was held on March 5, 2014, and the AVID Technical Assistance Workshop was March 6, 2014.

Abby Parcell and Alyson Zandt, Program Managers at MDC, Inc. facilitated the workshops. These trainings offered practical approaches to help institutions build on existing programs and bring effective practices to more students who can benefit. Using MDC’s guidebook, More to Most: Scaling for Sustainability, participants learned successful ways in which to grow and sustain their programs before and after funding ends.
